How 2F Advisory collects and uses personal data, who has access to it, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

Confidentiality first
Client engagements are covered by their own confidentiality terms, which take precedence over this notice. This notice covers only what happens on this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, optionally your organisation or role, and the message you write. The form also records which practice you enquired about and the language you used.
Why, and on what basis
To read and reply to your enquiry, and, if we go on to work together, to prepare that engagement. The legal basis is your consent when you tick the box (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Analytics and spam protection
We use Plausible Analytics for aggregated visit counts and Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Neither sets cookies or identifies you; the legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
What we do not do
We do not send newsletters. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We do not profile you. This site sets no cookies; the only analytics is the aggregated, cookie-free counting described above.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to 2F Advisory by email and stored in our email and document systems. Those systems are provided by Cloudflare, Resend, and Microsoft, acting as processors under contract. Data may be stored within the European Economic Area; where a provider stores data outside the EEA, it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted 24 months after the last contact. Where an engagement follows, records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Portuguese law for professional and accounting records.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent (which does not affect processing already carried out). Write to the contact above. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be stated at the top of this page.
